Lifetime of experience in the trades, started remodeling homes at the age of 13 in my hometown of Alpine, Texas. Served as a Flight Engineer in the Air Force and Licensed Professional Aviation Mechanic/Manager/Flight Tester for Helicopter and Jet Operations for 15 years. Last 16 years worked as a systems Engineer for financial tech provider and have over 30 years of technology experience in hardware and application implementation and management. In my lifetime I have personally built and/or remodeled approximately 12 homes including 4 homes for my family over the last 25 years with completion of the most recent this year.

Property Watch Services…
If you are away on vacation or business over an extended period of time PreVent can check on your property to ensure peace of mind while you are away. We can check your mail, water your plants, and make sure everything is in good order and secure. Contact us for Property Watch rates!

Power Washing Services… Power washing the exterior of your home, drives, decks, etc can make a big impact on curb appeal and is just plain ole good maintenance upkeep. Note: due to safety PreVent power-wash services are limited to single story units.

Debris Removal/Hauling: We haul job related waste at no additional cost as long as it does not exceed 1/2 of a cubic yard. If you have additional waste you need removed, we will haul that for an additional fee. Our dump trailer can haul approximately 5 yards of debris. Please submit an Estimate Request with pictures of debris to be hauled away.

How to avoid a Service Charge
Having a cumulative list of tasks to perform that adds up to at least 3 hours of labor or more will result in exemption from a service charge being imposed. It is not economical or efficient for us to take the time to travel to a job site, get supplies, and perform quick and simple tasks such as replacing light bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, switch/receptacle, etc. without imposing a service charge. We are always glad to do these for you but in a more efficient and cost effective manner. If you are interested in signing up for our Home Maintenance Reoccurring Service (Monthly) to avoid a service charge altogether and proactively protect your property/investment please give us a call to sign up. If you have an emergency and the task takes less than 3 hours, a service charge will be applied. NOTE: After hours/emergency services will be billed at time and half (1 1/2 hrs. per hr.).

Home Maintenance Reoccurring Service (Monthly) – 3 Hours at $210 billed first of every month. Monthly checklist/repairs/maintenance will be completed, NO service charge will be applied, and the rate is discounted. Note: List of recommended items for monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance will be provided.

Booked Service – 3 hours minimum at $240 to avoid $80 Service Charge. Anything over 3 hours will be billed in 15-minute increments at $20. If an entire day is booked (6 hours) the total daily fee will be at a discounted rate of $450.

Booked Service – Less than 3 hours with first 30 minutes at $120 (Includes $80 Service Charge) with additional charge of $20 for each additional 15 minute increments up to 3 hours.

We’re happy to work with whatever materials you supply as long as compatible with the job requirements. If there are additional materials needed for your job let us know if you will provide or we will purchase and pass along the cost.
